Experience: 10 to 20 years Industry: Steel & PEB

Location: Ahmedabad Shift Timing: 10 am to 7 pm

Transportation: TA/ DA will be given

Working Days: 6 days

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Representative for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) will play a critical role in driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for direct customers, architects etc.

Required Qualification & Skills:

Masters degree in Sales & Marketing or bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a

related field.

8 to 12 years of sales experience in the construction, PEB, or related industry.

Experience in technical sales or engineering sales is must.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong relationship

-building abilities and a customer-focused approach Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the PEB market and achieve sales targets.

Generate leads through networking, industry events, and research.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders for

projects.

Build and maintain strong relationship with concerned authorities for the approvals.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure client

satisfaction.

Provide technical support and guidance to the clients to address complex inquiries and ensure effective

solution selling.

Develop detailed proposals and quotations, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals inconsideration with Sales Manager.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on market trends and customer

feedback.

Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to

ensure successful project execution.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status,

and forecasts.
