PDI Manager - TVS Dealer(Tirunelveli)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented PDI Manager to lead our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations. The PDI Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected, prepared, and delivered in perfect condition, meeting manufacturer and dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the complete PDI process of all vehicles before delivery to customers.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety, quality, and performance standards as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Manage and train the PDI team.
• Maintain checklists and proper documentation of all inspections.
• Coordinate with the sales and service departments to align vehicle delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper fitment of accessories and conduct final inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient PDI area as per OEM standards.
• Report daily PDI status and delivery readiness to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in vehicle service/PDI operations in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection, safety checks, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with DMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
