PCI Compliance Specialist

You will be part of the VikingCloud team as a PCI Compliance Specialist in the International Voice Process, based in the Vadodara office. As a part of this role, your responsibilities will include: - Professionally and accurately providing support to merchant customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails - Educating callers on the significance of achieving and maintaining PCI-DSS Compliance and guiding them through the process - Identifying opportunities to promote Sysnet products and services to customers - Offering excellent customer support and aiming for first call resolution by efficiently gathering necessary information - Handling assertive or complicated calls with a calm and respectful attitude - Logging each call accurately using the designated systems - Managing call metrics in line with goals and Service Level Agreements - Undertaking additional duties as required to meet business needs To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Minimum of a Graduate degree or equivalent qualification - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in an International call center setting - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English for verbal communication - Proven track record of managing customer interactions through call lines while maintaining response time and quality standards - Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent telephone manner - Proficiency in computer and email use, including MS Office applications - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Willingness to work flexible shifts with strict schedule adherence - A team player with a positive outlook and a genuine passion for customer support Join VikingCloud, the industry leader in Predict-to-Prevent cybersecurity and compliance, and be part of a team that delivers exceptional value to millions of customers worldwide.,
