PCB Marketing

You are a dynamic Marketing & PCB Engineering Team Leader at Future Ecotonics, responsible for spearheading the marketing strategy and showcasing the technical PCB manufacturing capabilities. Your role requires a unique blend of PCB engineering expertise and strategic marketing leadership to develop impactful marketing campaigns, drive business growth, and establish Future Ecotonics as a leader in the PCB industry. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, conducting market research, leading a high-performing marketing team, providing technical support to marketing and sales, creating compelling technical marketing collateral, engaging with customers through presentations and demonstrations, collaborating cross-functionally, building the company's brand, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize ROI. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in PCB design, manufacturing, or a related technical role. Advanced degrees or certifications in Marketing or PCB Design are a plus. Additionally, you should possess deep technical understanding of PCB design, fabrication, and IPC standards, exceptional leadership and communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, data analysis, and design software.
