Analyst

India

• Build and maintain financial models (fund and asset-level).


• Analyze portfolios, review data rooms, and prepare valuation materials.


• Draft marketing documents and client presentations.


• Support execution and project management across live deals.


• Collaborate with the platform/tech team to enhance workflows.

• 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or strong internships.


• Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills.


• Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with strong attention to detail.


• Interest in private equity and secondary markets.


• Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment - flexible, proactive, and self-directed.
