We are looking for a Transaction Advisory Associate / Analyst (Secondary Markets) to join our Mumbai-based Global Support Hub. In this client-facing role, you’ll operate as an extension of our US and UK deal teams, supporting every stage of secondary-market transactions. You’ll work across financial analysis, due diligence, and deal operations, helping drive execution quality and speed. We’re looking for someone who can own workstreams independently, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and bring structure to complex deal processes. We're in the process of establishing our Mumbai office and already have team members in place. This role is open to candidates based in Mumbai who can work in alignment with US/UK time zones when needed. Tasks 1. Transaction Execution (Global) Build and maintain financial models for secondary-market transactions. Perform valuation work, scenario analysis, and cap-table modelling. Prepare internal investment memos, diligence summaries, and IC materials. Assist in reviewing documentation from sellers, buyers, and custodians. 2. Due Diligence Coordination Coordinate information exchange between global teams and external parties. Track deliverables across compliance, legal, and business teams. Maintain diligence checklists and ensure completeness and accuracy. 3. Market Research & Opportunity Evaluation Research asset characteristics, performance histories, and comparables. Support portfolio analytics, risk assessment, and benchmarking. 4. Operational & Process Support Build trackers, templates, and structured workflows to improve deal throughput. Maintain data integrity across CRMs, deal rooms, and internal systems. Liaise with operational teams (payments, KYC/AML, compliance) to ensure smooth pipeline progression. 5. Cross-Border Coordination Work closely with US/UK deal teams across time zones. Lead and support client-facing communication ensuring timely updates and clear coordination across stakeholders. Prepare summaries, analyses, and ready-to-use artefacts before global team working hours begin. Requirements 3–7 years’ experience in Big 4 Transaction Services, Deals, Valuations, or Financial Due Diligence. Prior experience in a client-facing or cross-border stakeholder role. Strong financial modelling and Excel skills. Familiarity with equity instruments, secondary markets, or private capital. Experience preparing investment memos and diligence materials. High ownership, ability to work independently, and comfort with ambiguity. Strong written and verbal communication.
