Location: Global – Remote

Format: Full-time

Tangible is looking for an Analyst to join our deal team and work on some of the most dynamic transactions in private markets. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across every stage of a secondary process, working directly with senior team members and clients. As a growing firm, we value people who are resourceful, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (fund and asset-level)
• Analyse portfolios, review data rooms, and prepare valuation materials
• Draft marketing documents and client presentations
• Support execution and project management across live deals
• Collaborate with the platform/tech team to enhance workflows

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or strong internships
• Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
• Interest in private equity and secondary markets
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
