Job Description

*Personal Banker Sales-

Acquisition role without portfolio, hired in Assistant Manager grade.

Min 1 years of experience required in BFSI domain.

**Tentative Job locations -Ramgarh, Ranchi, Bundu, Kokar

*Personal Banker Classic -

Relationship Management role in Portfolio Management with NTB, ETB customers. Mapped portfolio will be assigned.

Min 3 years of experience required in BFSI domain.

Hired in Deputy Manager grade.

** Tentative Job locations - Ranchi , Kodarma

Roles and Responsibilities

Acquire new customers by identifying potential clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and market research.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services to enhance revenue growth.
Manage liability acquisition activities to achieve targets set by the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in retail branch banking or related field (CASA acquisition).
Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
