Responsibilities

The position is located in Pune, India.
Responsible for managing global payroll transformation projects.
Supports the development of a global payroll road map.
Assists with RFP processes and vendor onboarding.
Manages country-specific payroll implementation projects.
Oversees payroll digitization and automation initiatives.
Maintains payroll performance dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
8-12 years of payroll transformation/Project management experience in a multinational organization payroll captive center comparable to Vertiv Group Corp.
