Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Handling payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF) and employee benefits.

2. Ensure that HR compliances internal, statutory and others are met without deviations or delay.

3. Ensure accuracy of financial data.

4. Handle employee benefits program.

5. Process full and final settlements of employee s per defined policy post clearance from all

departments

6. Share statutory compliance tracker with senior leadership

7. Resolve employee queries related to payroll, incentive, PF and ESI

8. Provide MIS, reporting and analytics related to HR Operations

9. liaison with statutory authorities

10. Functional knowledge of HRONE software is preferred
