Job Description

Job Overview:

Manager Payroll & HR Operations

The candidate should be confident in managing salary processing, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), full & final settlements, and all HR operations like onboarding, exit, documentation, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly salaries for employees
Manage PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances
Maintain accurate payroll data and employee records
Calculate and handle bonus, gratuity, HRA, LTA, and F&F settlements
Manage attendance and leave systems
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll and compliance inputs
Respond to payroll and HR-related employee queries
Generate salary slips, MIS reports, and payroll summaries
Ensure all payroll and HR policies follow government regulations
Oversee full HR operations including:
Employee onboarding & exit
Documentation & record keeping
Policy implementation
HR audits & compliance
HR MIS and reporting

Skills Required:

15 20 years of experience in payroll and HR operations
In-depth knowledge of PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws
Expert in
Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Macros
Experience with payroll and HR software
Strong communication and leadership skills
Able to manage end-to-end payroll and HR independently

Qualification:

Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred: HR, Commerce, or related fields)
