At Utkarsh Global Foundation, we’re looking for a Payroll Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage monthly salary processing, statutory compliance, and payroll documentation across our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll, F&F, and salary slips
Manage PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and labor law compliance
Maintain payroll data, reports, and audit records
Coordinate with HR and Finance for reconciliations
Handle employee queries on pay & deductions
