Role & Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end payroll processing tasks, including data entry, calculations, and
ensuring accuracy in payroll transactions.
Handle payroll for all Trainees / Apprentice, including salary, benefits, taxes, and
deductions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
related to apprentice payroll.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly and
accurately. Address Clients inquiries and concerns regarding payroll matters.
Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare payroll-related reports for management and other stakeholders as needed.
Prepare Debit Note & Credit Note for short and excess billing as needed.
Education & Experience
field. Proven experience in client onboarding or customer service roles.
