Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintaining monthly payroll attendance, leave record, leave balance & final attendance
Report salary process
Handling Leave Management in system.
Attendance Report and Payroll Report Checking [ Monthly Salary]
Mid-Month Payroll Reporting Checking.
Company Loans Process (System Entry, Processing, Reconciliation & Payment)
Core HR Process (Employee Database & MIS Reports) - Updating Addition & Deletion.
Identity Card Management (Inventory Management - Enrolment, ID card ordering, etc.,)
Query handling Users [ Employees / Trainees]
Required Skills:
Good Communication Skills.
Good knowledge in Finance/ Accounting, income tax & payroll.
Good knowledge on salary components and structure.
Multi language skills [ Including local language ]
Knowledge on Compliance & Statutory [ Like PF / Gratuity / Pension / SAF / Audits]
Good in MS Office [Excel, Word, Power Point]
Good Team Player.
Experience in Automobile Industry would be an added advantage
Qualification:
BCom, MCom, MBA
