Job Title: Payroll Executive

Timings 12:30 PM to 10 PM (1:30 PM to 11 PM)

Location: Makarba , Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Assist in the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Data Management: Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, deductions, and benefits.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll, taxes, and employee benefits.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to support financial and operational decision-making.
• Support: Provide administrative support for payroll-related inquiries and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues.

What Were Looking For:

• Educational Background: Recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and an aptitude for learning new software.
