Your responsibilities will include: - Handling compliance, taxes, and reporting tasks - Making adjustments/amendments as necessary - Conducting GL balancing and auditing - Performing tax reconciliation - Managing and supporting employee data file imports (GOAT Files) - Managing and supporting Time File Imports - Conducting audits of import data - Providing additional Integration/Interface Support as required - Offering Reporting Support - Following the proper escalation methodology and SLAs - Establishing strong partnerships with clients by delivering exceptional service - Participating in cross-training across various departments - Identifying areas of client dissatisfaction, suggesting solutions, and collaborating with Team Lead or Manager for resolution - Developing and maintaining awareness of SOC requirements and ensuring compliance with each task performed Additionally, as part of UKG, you will be part of a workforce operating platform that prioritizes workforce understanding.
