Job Description

As a candidate for the role in Gurugram, India, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting year-end activities such as tax filings, Gensen-choshu, and other statutory reports. - Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on employee data, benefits, and accounting. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. Preferred qualifications include experience working with global teams across different time zones. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a rotational shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
