Job Description

As a candidate for the position in Gurugram, India, you will be responsible for the following: - Support year-end activities including tax filings, Gensen-choshu, and other statutory reports. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on employee data, benefits, and accounting. Qualifications required for the role include: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience working with global teams across time zones. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a rotational shift schedule. Please also be prepared to work in person at the designated work location.,
