Job Description

Payout Technology Developer/Architect


Responsibilities

  • Develop & integrate payout APIs (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, wallets).
  • Build bulk payout, settlement, and reconciliation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI/NPCI guidelines, PCI-DSS & data security.
  • Implement dashboards, monitoring tools, and failure handling.
  • Collaborate with banks, aggregators, and fintech partners.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong backend development experience in

    Node.js & TypeScript

    .
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in

    payments / fintech technology

    .
  • Expertise in

    banking APIs, payout integrations (UPI/IMPS/NEFT/RTGS)

    , and

    high-volume transaction systems

    .
  • Proficient with

    MongoDB

    and knowledge of other databases (MySQL/Postgres, Redis).
  • Experience working with

    cloud platforms

    (AWS/GCP) and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of

    security protocols

    – encryption, tokenization, fraud/risk checks, PCI-DSS compliance.
