Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits, checks, and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to claims processing, appeals, and denial management.
Develop and maintain processes for monitoring payor performance metrics such as first pass resolution rates, days sales outstanding (DSO), and customer satisfaction scores.
Provide training and support to team members on quality control procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or a related field.
Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
Proficiency in claims adjudication, claims processing, RCM software applications like Epic Systems or similar systems.
