Job Description

Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast-paced and challenging area. As part of the team, you will partner with the Business to provide a comprehensive view and support various functions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales team with sales pitch materials, RFP/RFI submissions, and preparation of proposals for internal approvals. You will also build and understand pricing and profitability models. - Conduct research on existing client portfolios and prospective clients. Prepare client research, industry analysis, and provide fundamental research on market sizing by region. - Review and analyze transactional data to identify key trends, risks, and pricing/billing inefficiencies. - Prepare client account plans, briefing memos, and portfolio management reports. Take ownership of business and control processes relevant to client administration and reporting needs. - Stay informed about regional developments, including regulatory changes, political background, and market trends. Client/Market Intelligence: - Analyze key revenue and pipeline data to deliver reports to senior management. - Partner with internal teams in their client account planning process. - Keep abreast of ongoing developments in areas impacting clients based in India, such as regulatory developments, political background, or market trends in the industry. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions. - Goal-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to foster innovation and solve problems creatively. - Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure follow-up coordination. - Able to operate in a matrix environment, working closely with other teams to achieve business goals. You should collaborate across the Bank with other teams including Product, Service, Operations & Compliance partners. - Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources effectively. - Results-oriented and able to work under pressure within tight timeframes. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Minimum Masters degree or equivalent.
