📝 Job Summary:

Payment Gateway Executive

💡 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot payment gateway processes.
• Integrate APIs and webhooks for seamless transactions.
• Maintain documentation and FAQs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve transaction issues.
• Support multiple client accounts and ensure service continuity.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of digital payment systems (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with fraud detection, chargebacks, and payment security protocols.
• Prior experience with payment platforms like Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, or PayPal (preferred but not mandatory).

🔧 Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of payment gateway integrations and reconciliation cycles.
• Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or banking domain.
• Basic understanding of reading technical logs or scripts (optional).
