The ideal candidate must be disciplined, customer-friendly, and capable of maintaining strong follow-ups to ensure timely collection of payments from clients and vendors.---

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers, vendors, and relevant parties to collect payments (cheque / cash / NEFT confirmation).Maintain daily collection records and submit reports to the Accounts & Management team.Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments, due dates, and collection schedules.Ensure proper documentation and issuance of receipts after every collection.Maintain updated records of all collections and follow-up statuses.Assist in resolving payment-related queries with customers.Work closely with Accounts, Sales, and Management teams to track receivables.Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism.Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.---

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payment collection or field operations.Strong communication and follow-up skills.Basic knowledge of accounts or billing will be an added advantage.Must be trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.Ability to travel locally as required for payment visits.Must have valid ID proof; owning a two-wheeler preferred.---
