Paymaster Cum General Cashier

As the Finance Manager at our company, your role involves leading the financial input into the formulation and implementation of the Hotel Strategic Plan and Budget, along with other strategic planning exercises. Your key responsibilities include: - Preparing the daily Cash Report. - Managing the daily hotel deposit and ensuring it is sent to the bank. - Auditing the cashier daily deposits. - Maximizing cash flow performance of the hotel. - Balancing the GC safe daily. - Establishing internal controls and procedures for all revenues and expenses to safeguard assets. - Performing additional duties assigned by Management and assisting in other Accounting areas. - Dealing honestly and fairly with clients, customers, suppliers, and financial partners. - Maintaining and reporting accurate financial and operating information, providing analysis and projections. - Taking responsibility for the professional development of all Finance staff at associate level. - Obtaining legal counsel regarding hotel business practices and staying informed of local laws and regulations. - Providing safekeeping for all contracts, leases, and financial records.
