Job Title: Pattern Master

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master to join our export house. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of garment pattern making and hands-on experience with Optitex software. The role involves developing accurate patterns for export-quality garments while ensuring fit, quality, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and modify garment patterns as per design and buyer specifications
• Work extensively on Optitex software for pattern making, grading, and marker planning
• Coordinate with the sampling, merchandising, and production teams
• Ensure proper fit, measurements, and construction standards
• Support sample development and bulk production requirements
• Maintain pattern accuracy as per export and buyer quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pattern Master in a garment export house
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Optitex software
• Good understanding of garment construction, grading, and fitting
• Familiarity with export buyer requirements and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience

Location:

• Sitapura Industrial Area Jaipur

Salary:

• As per industry standards / based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
