Digital Print Operator

We are hiring a Digital Printing Machine Operator for our garment export manufacturing unit. The candidate must have hands-on experience operating digital textile printing machines, specifically Konica Minolta systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital printing machines (Konica Minolta).
• Ensure accurate color matching and print quality on fabrics.
• Prepare files and materials for printing as per production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and carry out basic troubleshooting.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet export standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Printing Machine Operator in garment or textile manufacturing.
• Strong working knowledge of Konica Minolta digital printing machines.
• Understanding of fabric types, inks, and color management.
• Ability to meet production targets with consistent quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an export-oriented garment manufacturing unit.
• Technical training or certification in digital textile printing.
