Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Patient Welfare Executive. The role focuses on ensuring patient satisfaction and coordinating between hospital departments and patients to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance overall patient experience. Key responsibilities include managing patient admissions and discharges, guiding them through available medical services, and acting as a bridge between medical and administrative teams. The candidate will also assist in handling feedback to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to address patient concerns promptly and tactfully.
Organizational skills to handle patient records, admissions, and discharges efficiently.
Knowledge of hospital processes, healthcare services, or prior experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in English and Hindi for seamless communication.
A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
