Key Responsibilities:
Effectively interact with customers and ensure high service quality to all Patients & Clients.1. Revenue Collection: Generating the lead & Closing the Lead & generating the revenue from the Clients. Perform openings and or closing procedures as necessary.Lead the therapists and aestheticiansEntrepreneurial Spirit: We encourage our employees to take ownership and think like entrepreneurs. We will empower you to drive initiatives and make meaningful contributions2. Monitoring the performance: & the whole team is functioning Smoothly starting from managing doctors , therapists,receptionists, and patient care executives .3. Marketing and Promotion:a. Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns that promote Ayurvedic products and services.b. Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events, workshops, and wellness fairs4. Drive Clinic excellence and patients' experiencea. Ensure all SOPs, guidelines are followed b. Drive customer experience and track treatment outcomesQualifications:a. Go-getter attitude, likes to be a part of 0-1 journeyb. Problem solver, likes setting up processesc. Experience in operations, business development or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.d. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.e. Has done graduation, with active participation in extracurricular activities
