Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, tests, follow-ups, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and insurance information in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medication instructions, and post-care guidelines as directed by medical staff.
  • Handle prior authorizations, referrals, and insurance verifications when required.
  • Monitor patient progress and follow up on care plans to ensure adherence and satisfaction.
