ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stay on OPD floor & manage smooth flow of appointments during the shift
• Patient appointment tracking and scheduling efficiently
• Direct interaction with patients to greet them at the time of arrival
• Good computer knowledge and adaptability to software programs
• Assisting walk-in patients with appointments
• Patient documents and data management
• Independently respond to patient queries and resolve issues
• Comply with the quality of service policy of the organization
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily cash to accounts at end of shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
