Job Description

Ayoo Care is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role (full-time), you will be the bridge between patients, their families, and our medical team, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth clinic experience. With a blend of administrative tasks and patient-focused responsibilities, you’ll play a key part in delivering the personalized care Ayoo Care is known for.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the first point of contact, providing guidance and support to patients throughout their journey at Ayoo Care.

2. Respond to patient inquiries over the phone, provide detailed explanations, and follow up as necessary.

3. Assist patients in understanding treatment plans, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they feel at ease during their visit.

4. Coordinate and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and schedules to minimize waiting times and confusion.

5. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff, communicating specific care needs or concerns.

6. Address patient complaints or feedback with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.

7. Maintain patient confidentiality while adhering to regulatory and clinic policies.

8. Handle administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

1- 2 years in a customer service or patient care role.

Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on empathy and patience.

2. Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and basic medical terminology is a plus.

3. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

4. Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

  • HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
