Job Description

A Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) plays a critical role in the healthcare system, acting as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and support staff to ensure patients receive timely, effective, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in-person or over the phone.
  • Explain treatment plans, procedures, and medication schedules.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
  • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their concerns are addressed.
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, diagnostic tests, and surgeries.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments (lab, radiology, specialists).
  • Ensure continuity of care across different providers and services
  • Serve as a point of contact between the patient and healthcare team.
  • Relay physician instructions to patients.
  • Communicate updates and changes to care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Verify insurance coverage and handle pre-authorizations.
  • Assist with billing queries and medical documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
