Patient Calling and CS Specialist

As a Patient Calling and Customer Service Specialist at AIG Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls with patients, resolving patient queries, and providing excellent customer service. You will be located in Dwarka, New Delhi and will work on-site during the US PST shift timing of 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls with patients - Resolving patient queries in a timely and efficient manner - Providing excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction - Scheduling appointments and updating patient records accurately - Interacting with healthcare professionals to facilitate communication between patients and providers To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Calling or Customer Service, preferably in US Healthcare - Immediate availability for joining or a maximum notice period of 10 days At AIG Business Solutions Pvt.
