Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, (Master in operations management preffred but not mandatory) Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in production and planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment. Experience in specialty steel wire manufacturing or a similar industry (e.g., metalworking, manufacturing, or automotive) is highly preferred.
