Description: This role involves researching for and preparing technical documentation relating to patent infringement and invalidation. The role requires critical thinking ability along with research skills, technical knowledge and problem solving abilities. You should be comfortable with tackling technical material and understanding legal concepts related to patents. Types of work you may be asked to undertake: Reviewing and understanding a patent; Conducting prior art searches; Researching potential infringers and infringement; Preparing claim charts; Drafting notes, reports, briefs, memos and presentations.
