Patent Professional-Drafting/Prosecution

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patent Professional-Drafting/Prosecution based in Noida. The Patent professional will be responsible for drafting high-quality patent applications and responding to office actions. Daily tasks include conducting patent searches, analyzing patentability and prior art, and collaborating with inventors to understand their inventions. The role also involves reviewing technical documents to ensure compliance with patent laws and maintaining accurate records of patent procedures.

Qualifications

• Technical Analysis and Research skills
• Proficiency in drafting patent applications and responding to office actions
• Knowledge of patent laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with inventors and team members
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or Electronics Communication
• Experience in intellectual property or patent prosecution is a plus
• Expertise in IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science & Electronics domains.
