Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patent Professional-Drafting based in Noida. As a Patent Professional-Drafting, you will be responsible for drafting high-quality patent applications and responding to office actions. Your daily tasks will include conducting patent searches, analyzing patentability and prior art, and collaborating with inventors to understand their inventions. Additionally, you will review technical documents to ensure compliance with patent laws and maintain accurate records of patent procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess Technical Analysis and Research skills, proficiency in drafting patent applications and responding to office actions, knowledge of patent laws, regulations, and procedures, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with inventors and team members. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is required. Experience in intellectual property or patent prosecution is a plus. Expertise in IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science & Electronics domains will be beneficial for this role.,
