Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Professional located in Noida. The Patent Professional will be responsible for drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications. Additional responsibilities include conducting prior art searches, patentability assessments, and providing support in patent litigation. The Patent Professional will also collaborate with clients to understand their inventions and provide strategic advice on intellectual property matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications
• Skills in conducting prior art searches and patentability assessments
• Strong technical background in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Registered Patent Agent is a plus
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant technical field
