Job Description

Conduct detailed patent analyses for specific technologies, including preparing comprehensive summaries of inventions for Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) and infringement assessments.
Perform claim interpretation and mapping to identify potential overlaps, assess distinguishing features, and evaluate infringement risks against competitor patents.
Support technology landscaping to identify innovation trends, white spaces, and opportunities within assigned domains.
Manage and update the patent portfolio for designated technology areas, ensuring timely coordination with inventors and R&D teams for IP filings and disclosures.
Provide strategic insights to guide research directions, mitigate IP risks, and enhance competitive positioning.
