Position : Patent Attorney Department: IP Intellectual Property Duties and Responsibilities Drafting & Filing patent applications India and International. Well verse in prosecuting / responding to office actions India and International. Conducting hearings before IPO and with examiners in other jurisdiction. In depth understanding of Patent Law of India, US and EPO. Adept at conducting prior art searches, Patent and Non-Patent literature search, preparing patentability and invalidity opinions etc. Drafting and filing responses to Patent oppositions (Pre-grant & Post grant oppositions). Preparing counter claims, written statements, evidences, reply statement for patent revocation. Experience in handing patent litigation would be considered as an added advantage.
