Job Title: Pastry Chef / Mithai Chef – New Product Development (LMB Jaipur)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About Us:
LMB Jaipur is launching an exclusive premium mithai & dessert line. We are looking for a creative Pastry Chef / Mithai Chef who loves experimenting, developing new flavours, and working with premium ingredients.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and test new modern mithai, fusion desserts, and pastry items
• Conduct product trials & maintain recipe consistency
• Work with premium nuts, dairy, chocolate, flavourings, etc.
• Maintain hygiene and production standards
• Support seasonal menu launches and festival collections
• Assist in packaging and presentation ideas

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in pastry, bakery, or mithai
• Freshers with strong culinary basics may also apply
• Strong interest in NPD (new product development)
• Creative and experimental mind-set
• Ability to work independently and handle trials
