About Us:

Our pastry studio, Palette, is set to open soon in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. At Palette, we aim to experiment with various flavor profiles and techniques to craft an exciting menu for our customers.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-driven Pastry Chef who loves challenges and is passionate about designing and making exquisite desserts and baked goods. At Palette, we value your ideas and highly encourage creativity. Join us in delivering high-quality and delectable creations that will delight our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute menus and recipes that reflect Palette’s vision
• Prepare pastries with high quality, taste, and consistency
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Stay updated with new trends and techniques
• Manage kitchen schedules to ensure timely deliveries to customers
• Collaborate with management to align on business goals and customer feedback

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen
• Extreme attention to detail and proactive towards creativity
• Bake with ingredient limitations (eggless, gluten-free, sugarless, etc.)
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and collaborate with the Palette team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, as required in a hospitality industry
• Culinary degree or certification from a reputable institute (preferred)

• Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
• This is a pure vegetarian cloud kitchen
