The group started with KPM Residency at Perinthalmanna and has since expanded to KPM Regency, a 3-star hotel in Palakkad, and KPM Tripenta, a 4-star property in Malampuzha, Palakkad. The latest addition is the 5-star KPM Tripenta at Calicut, providing guests with top-tier services and amenities. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Chef located in Kozhikode. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including pastries, desserts, and bread. Daily tasks include food preparation, creating and following recipes, baking, and ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, monitoring ingredient inventory, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
