Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience & qualification)
Shift Timing: 10 AM – 8 PM
Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekly off)

Cakestry15 is a speciality eggless bakery in Sector 64, Noida, focused exclusively on premium cakes. We create custom fondant cakes, themed cakes, whipped cream cakes, and chocolate-based designs for birthdays, corporate events, and celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate fondant cakes, cream cakes, and chocolate cakes as per orders.
• Create fondant elements, toppers, and theme-based decorations with precision.
• Develop and execute recipes while maintaining consistent taste and quality.
• Perform icing, layering, crumb-coating, and finishing of cakes.
• Maintain hygienic standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Ensure smooth production workflow and timely delivery of orders.
• Manage inventory of baking and decorating supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team and follow order schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in professional cake making.
• Strong skills in fondant work, cream icing, chocolate work, and decoration.
• Ability to execute custom designs and handle theme cakes.
• Good understanding of baking hygiene, speed, and quality consistency.
• Creative approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak orders.
