Job Description

As an Operations Manager in the Partnerships & Alliances team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence in global partnerships and alliances. Your role will involve collaborating with senior operations leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding, contract management, and executive-level reporting. Your organizational capabilities, communication skills, and understanding of legal and partnership agreements will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage day-to-day tasks of the Senior Operations Executive supporting the partnerships function. - Maintain, update, and govern the Partner Contact Database for data accuracy across all regions. - Lead the end-to-end partner onboarding process by collaborating with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and CRM teams. - Develop and manage the Partner Regional Accounts Database with a structured and scalable framework. - Own the creation, versioning, and maintenance of partnership collateral for leadership reviews and internal meetings. - Ensure timely creation and dissemination of the Partner Newsletter and communications. - Maintain a centralized repository of all legal agreements, including NDAs, Master Agreements, and partner-related contracts. - Interpret key clauses in legal and partnership agreements, working closely with legal for business alignment and compliance. - Coordinate with Sales Operations leaders globally to drive consistency in operational processes. - Update the Theta Framework Model and other tools for partner tracking and reporting periodically. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Legal Administration, or related field. - 10-15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in partnerships, alliances, or legal operations. - Proven experience in handling legal documents, contracts, and understanding partnership agreement clauses. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - High attention to detail and a structured approach to managing documentation and databases. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Attributes: - Exposure to CRM systems like Eagle CRM or Salesforce. - Prior experience supporting partnerships in the technology or BFSI sector. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.,
