Partnerships & Alliances Leader

You will play a crucial role as a Partnerships & Alliances Leader at Knowmax, a global provider of customer experience knowledge management solutions. Your primary focus will be on expanding the company's network and enhancing offerings through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and strengthen existing partner relationships with System Integrators, ISVs, BPOs, and channel partners. - Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to devise effective partnership strategies. - Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships. - Identify, cultivate relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners. - Take charge of partnership reporting and performance evaluation. - Ensure that partnerships deliver on commitments to customers. - Be responsible for a pipeline & revenue target through a partner program. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven track record in negotiating and finalizing partnership deals. - Experience in establishing partner programs in a SaaS and/or CX setting. - Strong commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on opportunities. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Preferably 8-12 years of work experience.
