Designation: Partnership Manager - North America & UAE

Location: Delhi

Essential Criteria

• 2-3 years experience in partnership management or customer service or business development/sales.
• A very good understanding of market trends in the Higher Education sector, with particular reference to North America.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision and taking ownership of projects/tasks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good project management and organizational abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM and partner management tools.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others, particularly with highly diverse teams based in several countries.
• Tech savvy.
• Willingness to learn new skills and carry out tasks as requested.
