Partner Support Specialist (English Speaking)

We are seeking a Partner Support Executive to manage and support our business partners for IT and digital services. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to provide timely assistance, coordinate tasks, and maintain strong partner relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main communication link between our company and partners
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with partners in professional English
• Assist partners with inquiries, service updates, and issue resolution
• Coordinate internally with technical and sales teams to fulfill partner requirements
• Maintain and update partner information in CRM systems
• Provide follow-up support to ensure partner satisfaction
• Track partner requests, escalations, and deliverables
• Help onboard new partners and explain available services
• Support partner growth by sharing relevant updates and opportunities

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Experience in partner management, customer support, or coordination roles
• Understanding of IT services (training will be provided)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global/IT partners
• Ability to manage international communications (US/UK time zones if needed)
• Previous experience in IT, SaaS, or tech support roles Compensation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
