Massive Mobility is looking to hire a dynamic, high-energy field sales professional for NOIDA with 3+ years of experience handling post-sales partnerships and business development to help grow its EV Charging business.
The Role: The Partner Success Manager would be responsible for building & maintaining relationships with our partners in EV charging business and support them in local brand promotion to maximize revenue. This role combines hands-on operational support with strategic business development to help partners build successful EV charging businesses.Responsibilities:Field Ops & Training1. Conduct site visits to partner locations to ensure operational excellence2. Provide onsite training to partner staff on equipment, operation, maintenance & troubleshooting3. Ensure proper implementation of branding guidelines across all partner locations4. Conduct periodic site audits & maintain quality standards5. Assist partners in optimising station layout & customer experienceBusiness Development1. Help partners identify & pursue additional revenue streams at charging stations2. Develop local marketing strategies to drive customer traffic to partner locations3. Build relationships with local businesses, fleet operators & potential B2B customers4. Identify & facilitate cross-selling opportunities for partners5. Assist partners in developing promotional campaigns & local partnershipsPartner Growth Support1. Work with partners to analyze local market conditions & competition2. Guide partners in pricing strategy & service offerings3. Help partners optimise operational efficiency & profitability4. Support partners in customer acquisition & retention strategiesPerformance Monitoring1. Track performance of each location on KPIs % utilization2. Customer experience3. Increasing repeat businessYou should have:1. Bachelors degree in Tech, Business, Marketing2. 3+ years of field sales or business development experience3. Valid drivers license & willingness to travel extensively4. Experience in training & developing business owners/operators5. Experience in retail or franchise business operationsPreferred:1. Experience in EV charging or automotive industry2. Knowledge of local market dynamics & business networkingKey Skills:1. Effective communication & negotiation skills2. Self-motivated with ability to work independently3. Problem-solving skills4. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours1. Experience in EV charging or automotive industry2. Bachelor's degree in Tech, Business, Marketing with 3+ years of field sales or business development experience.
