Job Description

As a Partner - New Economy Group at our company, your primary responsibility will be the acquisition and relationship management of growth+ stage startups. Here is a breakdown of your key roles and responsibilities: - **Startup Acquisition**: - Lead the effort to acquire growth and growth+ stage startups with high potential, focusing on start-ups and digital native businesses with a market valuation of over 200 Mn USD. - Target Series C and above start-ups as part of the addressable market. - Engage proactively with decision-makers to build long-term relationships and provide value beyond transactional banking. - Monitor account activity, track utilization trends, and ensure continued engagement across banking touchpoints. - **Multi-Product Penetration**: - Drive adoption of the entire wholesale, retail, private banking product suite. - Offer solutions including business accounts, liquidity management, working capital finance, trade finance, supply chain finance, and FX solutions. - Identify underutilized solutions and activate dormant relationships with focused interventions. - Focus on tech/API integration and solutions for acquiring and deepening relationships. - **Customer Activation & Cross-Sell Strategy**: - Implement structured playbooks and engagement models to activate inactive or underutilized accounts. - Collaborate with product and credit teams for cross-sell opportunities and customized proposals. - Increase wallet share and customer retention for account-level profitability. - **Sector Intelligence & Solution Customization**: - Stay updated on evolving startup needs across different industry verticals such as FinTech, SaaS, D2C, and HealthTech. - Work with product & solutioning teams to deliver contextual offerings aligned with business and funding cycles. - Anticipate client growth milestones and prepare scalable banking strategies. - **Internal Coordination & Execution**: - Coordinate internally across credit, operations, legal, wholesale banking, retail banking products, and senior management. - Track and report on client engagement KPIs and revenue contribution. - Provide structured feedback for product enhancements, pricing changes, or bundling strategies. **Educational Qualifications**: - MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent from a reputed institution. **Experience**: - 5-10 years of relevant experience.
